Terms & privacy, in plain words.
The rules for using Flux and what we do with your data. We've kept it short and readable — no dark patterns, no buried clauses.
1What Flux is
Flux is a market-intelligence service for the Solana blockchain. It scans on-chain activity and surfaces new tokens with context — age, liquidity, buying pressure, market cap and historical performance. Flux is information only. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
2Not financial advice
Memecoins and early tokens are extremely high risk. Prices are volatile and most tokens lose most or all of their value. Any figure, catch, peak multiple or "track record" shown on Flux describes the past and does not predict the future. You are solely responsible for your own trades and any losses. Do your own research and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
3Your account
Signing in is handled by our authentication provider using your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use services like this where you live. Don't share your account or use it on behalf of anyone sanctioned or barred from using it.
4What we collect
- Account data — your email address and basic profile, so you can sign in and we can send alerts you've turned on.
- Usage data — pages viewed, filters used and features opened, so we can keep the product working and improve it.
- Wallet address — only the public address, and only if you choose to connect a wallet. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
We do not collect more than we need, and we don't buy personal data about you from third parties.
5How we use it
We use your data to run and secure the service, send the alerts and emails you've asked for, understand how Flux is used in aggregate, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run the product for us (hosting, authentication, email, analytics), under agreements that limit them to that purpose.
6Cookies
Flux uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, plus privacy-respecting analytics. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser can block or clear this storage at any time; some features may stop working if you do.
7Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell or redistribute Flux data as your own product.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't use Flux to manipulate markets, promote scams, or mislead others.
- Don't post unlawful, abusive or infringing content in any social or bounty feature.
8Your choices
You can turn alerts off at any time, disconnect your wallet, and request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile; anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may remain.
9Changes
We may update this policy as Flux evolves. When we make a material change we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product. Continuing to use Flux after a change means you accept the updated terms.
